Terms of service

The terms under which Miss Kelly’s Coaching Biz, LLC provides coaching services.

Nature of services

Coaching is educational and practical support. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological evaluation, or a diagnosis, and it does not replace any of those.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked in advance. Fees are quoted after the free consultation and payment terms are agreed before the first session.

Cancellations

Notice requirements and any rescheduling fee are set out in your service agreement.

Blocks of sessions

Where several sessions are agreed together, they are used within the time span agreed at the outset.

Limitation of liability

Outcomes vary by family. Coaching is provided in good faith with no guarantee of any particular result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
